A multi-branch construction and executive design of a commercial building carried out in a reinforced concrete and steel structure. The main sales hall was made of prefabricated reinforced concrete column-feet, on which the double trapezoidal lattice girders were based. In part of the winter garden there is a steel and aluminium structure. In the front part, some social and office facilities were separated.
