A multi-branch construction and executive design of a residential and service building (three floors + usable attic). The development covering the area of ​​the entire plot, located in the centre of downtown, historic buildings made the process of implementing the investment very difficult. The poor condition of the neighbouring buildings and low soil parameters made it necessary to make special foundation solutions. In the underground part, technical rooms and garages were designed, and on the ceiling above the garage in the central part of the plot, there is a playground and a recreational area.
