The design office of WEKTOR-P has developed its own System of Ready-made Steel Halls

The largest advantages of this hall system involve undoubtedly the versatility of use, low investment costs and speed of execution, which was achieved by optimizing design solutions.

The system halls carried out by WEKTOR-P are designed as a single-aisle with a span of 6 and 7.5 m with a single-pitched roof and a span of 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 m with a gable roof.
Each of the aforementioned systems occurs in multiples of the 6m module, and the number of modules, and thus the length of the hall, is determined by the customer.

Depending on the Investor’s needs, the facility can be constructed as a shed, a non-insulated hall or a thermally insulated hall for any purpose.
An optional part of the system are designs of prefabricated foundation footings and ground beams.
The system includes a personalized architectural and structural design of the hall for the Investor and a workshop design of the hall for a contractor.

We have also developed a system of ready-made steel girders with a span of 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24m.
This system enables quick construction of the roof structure on a facility carried out in traditional technology (brick walls or reinforced concrete structure).

The hall and girder systems have been developed based on the European Eurocode standards, so they can also be used outside Poland.
