Construction and executive design of an office building located in the area of ​​a medieval moat, an area characterized by variable and bad ground conditions. The neighbouring tenement houses were built above the freezing zone, which made it necessary to build grate foundations, limiting the contact with the neighbouring buildings. The main structure of the building is made of steel. Stairs from the ground floor to the floor are fan-shaped.
