A multi-branch construction and executive design of a commercial building carried out in a reinforced concrete and steel structure. The main sales hall was made of reinforced concrete external columns, on which a steel grate and grating roof girders are based. The composite steel-reinforced concrete ceiling was suspended from the lattice transom structure with two hangers encased with plasterboard. This solution allowed to obtain a single-space sales room without internal supporting pillars.
